A device for varying the pressure of the rollers of the roller machine for processing chocolate masses, comprising two feed rollers 1 and 2 and the refining rollers 3-5 above them contain hydraulic supports 6-8 connected by connecting pipes 9-11 with pneumatic-hydraulic multipliers 12-14. The hydraulic unit 15 of the feed rollers 1 and 2 is connected to the pneumatic-hydraulic multiplier 17 by a connecting pipe 16. All multipliers through a pneumatic system of pipelines are equipped with pressure regulators 18-21 connected to a manifold 22, which is connected to a source through a pipe 23 compressed air (not shown),
The device for changing pressure is equipped with an additional piping system 25-27, equipped with non-return valves 28-30 and connected to a collector 31. which, in turn, is connected to an additional manifold 32. In order to compensate for the inevitable reduction of hydraulic fluid, mainly oil, the hydraulic chambers of multipliers 12-14 and 17 provide a source (tank) 34 for hydraulic fluid (working fluid), the output pipe 35 of which is connected to the hydraulic system distributor 36, which includes feed pipes 37-40, which are connected to the hydraulic chambers of the multipliers 12-14 and 17. The supply pipes 37-40 have check valves 41-44. The hydraulic fluid contained in the tank 34 is under the pressure of compressed air coming from the compressed air supply line 45.
The device works as follows.
Depending on the fat content in the processed chocolate mass, the device for changing the pressure of the rollers of the roller machine can be set to work according to the principle of conjugate multiple pressure, as well as the principle of conjugate mono-pressure.
By setting the three-way valve 24 to a position in which the compressed air source is connected to the manifold 22, the pressure-changing device operates in accordance with the principle of multiple pressure, i.e. due to the regulating effect on one or several pressure regulators 19-21, it is possible to individually change the pressure applied to the supports of the refining rollers 3-5. This regulation of pressure or mode of operation is used predominantly at various values of plasticity or fat content that have chocolate masses.
By setting the three-way valve 24 to the position (indicated by A in the drawing), it is possible to oppositely provide the operation mode in accordance with the principle of conjugate mono suppression due to the regulating effect on the general pressure regulator 33, the same pressure change or regulation is influenced on each of the supports of the refining rollers 3-5. This mode of pressure or mode of operation is primarily used when
consistent processing of fairly similar chocolate masses.
In each of the modes of operation, the pressure control on the support of the roll 1 of the pair of feed rollers is carried out independently.

1. A device for changing the pressure of a roller of a roller of chocolate for processing chocolate masses, comprising two feed and three refining rollers located above them, the axes of which are fixed in bearing supports containing hydraulic supports, each of which is located between the bearings of the rollers and communicates with the hydraulic system of pipelines through pneumatic-hydraulic multipliers with a source of working fluid having means for automatic replenishment of the liquid, and pneumatic system of pipelines water, connecting pneumohydraulic multipliers through pressure regulators, a manifold and a shut-off valve with a source of compressed air, which is equipped with an additional system to increase the accuracy of pressure changes of the rollers during the processing of chocolate masses with different fat content. pipelines connecting VI, pneumatic-hydraulic multipliers, communicated with hydraulic supports of the refining rollers, with a source of compressed air through an additional collector, additional control pressure and shutoff valve main system, the latter three-way configured.
